OAC JUNE CAMP 2011 Part 4

Okay, did I say Winson talked to the Sec 2s alone and told us to plan for the next day's 2 hour activities?
Well, after that, all Sec 2s gathered. It was difficult to find a place to gather as the group was too big. It was 20/50 Sec 2s in the chalet. Actually, OAC was suppose to be 60 people in it but then some people did not come so, yah.
Then we discuss what games would be fun.
In the end, we all decided on Dragon tail, Chair Soccer first.
After the 2 games, we had Whacko. It was fun, everybody was screaming and shouting out the names when the others had called their names.
It was very funny. Everybody was laughing their ass-es out.
It was reallyreally funny.
Then after these games, the Sec 3s take over the entire thing and then yah, they started their games and stuff.
After that, we prepare for BBQ.
Jessica came by the chalet.
After the BBQ, we went night walking.
In the hut where we walked pass, we stopped there and had over Skit presentation.
Most of the groups' skit was quite funny.
Well.. after the skit, we had Appreciation.
We had papers and tapes.
The have to tape the paper to the back of our backs and then go around writing the good stuff we thought of the person.
It was funny.
Even the teachers and the 2 interns, Winson and Aidah gets to do that.
After that, we went back to the chalet.
Winson talked to us on how we did for the 2 hours games earlier on.
He said it was not too bad for begginers.
Well, he also asked us whether we had disagreements and how we overcome it, and blah blah blah.
Yah, so that, was it.

OAC JUNE CAMP 2011 Part 3

We woke up, upitch our tents and put it back into the bags.
We went to brush our teeths, wash up, eat breakfast, blah blah blah. 
Then we gathered and waited for the Sec 1s and those Mount K. students to come.
After that, we went to do our stuffs. 
We played ball games, water games, skilled games. 
Then after all the games, it was 4.00pm.
So we took our bags and everything, the logistics all that then wewent to take the bus to Chalet. 
After that, we had free time, had dinner. (:
Then, game.
The game was candle war.
We were divided into 2 different groups and then everybody was given a candle stick.
Then we lighted our candles and then start.
It was fun.
Everybody gathered together and attack 1 by 1. :O
Its like we all have teamwork.
It was fun.
Then we had washup, all that then.....

LIGHTS OUT!. Hahahahaha.

OAC JUNE CAMP 2011 Part 2

We woke up and eat breakfast, blah blah blah.
Winson and Aidah divide us into groups then we play some sort of navigation games.
Group 1, 2, 3 -> Aidah.
Group 4, 5, 6 -> Winson.
I was in Winson's group so, yah.
He told us to be in groups then asked us to discuss about the question he told us.
After discussing, we sat together then Winson explains to us.

Afer all the games and stuff, we unpitch our tents and went to the bicycle rental area.
We went cycling from there.
We started cycling from the Public Jetty to Chek Jawa. After that we went into Chek Jawa, walked on the broadwalk, and Ms Puah asked us, " Whoever can find a horseshoe crab, gets to have a free coca cola ice from me. "
So everybody started searching for it as it was very hot and a cold, icy drink would be best, and then someone saw a crab and shouted, " Ms Puah! Ms Puah! I found the horseshoe crab! " Then after Ms Puah said it wasn't the horseshoe crab, everybody started laughing and laughing.
It was quite funny.

After walking the boardwalk, Ms Puah went to the vending machine and bought a few cokes. Everybody shared with each other so that nobody gets left out.
It was awesome after drinking the icy cold coke.

We rested a while and continue our cycling back.

We cycle and cycle and then suddenly, it rains.
We went to find shelters.
It was quite awesome.
After it rained, we cycled all the way back.
The floor was quite slippery so we have to be aware.
Then, we went back to get our stuffs and went to the jetty and off we go and back to Changi beach.

After we arrived Changi beach, we wanted to have a long bath but, Ms Puah told us to pitch our tents before we can go and bath.
So we pitch it as fast as possible and then, we ran to the toilets.
And we realised something...
It was an open shower.
We was like, OHMYGODDD!!!! So, we used our towels and cover the outsides and started bathing. After that, Mdm Ter came and said, " Okay, Okay, hold on while I'll go and ask Ms Puah for the bashas. "
And then those who were the first few to bath, including me, was like " Mdm Ter!!!! Never say earlier!!! "
Then, we were like sianz.
So we bath finish and went for dinner.
It was awesome.
First time our food was awesome!!
We were so hungry, man!
THen after eating we went to a nearby mama shop to buy some sweets and drinks for the night inside our tents.

After that, Ms Puah gathered us, and we started our reflections and group time.
After all that, It was time for Lights Out.
It was great experience! :)

OAC JUNE CAMP 2011

The camp was from 12 June to 16 June for Sec 2s and 3s.

12 June, we went to Pulau Ubin.

Well, We did all the pitching and unpitching of tents then we went to play games. 

After playing games, we went treking.

After treking under the hot sun, we started Outdoor cooking.

Me and Sonya decided to mix Curry and Chicken flavored maggie noodles together.

And in the end, it turns out quite nice.

After eating, we wash up our dishes and had group time then we stared solo night walk.

It was fun though. Alone in the dark walking by yourself. Quite scary. You have to walk without torch lights and then when you walk, you can hear the different different sounds coming from everywhere. 

After that, we went back to our tents and sleep with our sticky bodies cos there's no clean water or shower taps for us to bath.

A day where I had lots of fun with my best friends, OAC people..

Today was the day for kayaking leisure + kayaking star 1.
I went for Kayaking leisure, since we only got only star 1 already.  
We started from Kallang Water Venture. We kayak from there to somewhere near the Sheares Bridge.
Since me, Belle, Addison, Jasmin have only Star 1 cert., we have to stop at the Sheares Bridge's nearby platforms and sit there while the others (Valent, Yi Chien, Trevor, Daniel), continue to kayak till they reached the Esplanade. It was quite fun at first when you have to kayak that far but after a while, you'll end up tired. So when we were allowed to rest there, we were like happy?
So while we were there, we started slacking. we lie down on the platform and closed over eyes. Then Belle started singing, "Peeping through the windows, what do people see?" Then all of us started singing out loud, really loud together since we were the only ones there. 
We were laughing and laughing then we started tanning ourselves by lieing down on the platform. It was an awesome moment as the Sun rays shines over you making you want to sleep. We were all silent and we didn't even know Valent was behind us and the other were coming towards us too.
After that, We went for a swim from 1 platform to another platform and back up, then jump in again and start swimming in. It was very cooling.
After swimming, we started to kayak back to Water Venture, Kallang. 
After washing up and everything, we went to take the MRT back to our homes.
While walking, we started to play KMF ( Kill, Marry, Fuck )
It was an interesting game as you get to know what others think.
Well, its a game that you need to ask somebody who you want to kill, marry and fuck with and list out 3 names that he/she knows and then he/she have to choose either of them to kill, marry, fuck with. 
Well, Adam listed Mrs Yeo, Ms Angeline, Ms Puah for Rayson to answer.
Well, Sonya butts in saying, if i were you, i would prefer to kill Ms Puah, Marry Ms Angeline and Fuck Mrs Yeo. HAHAHAHA.

Never judge a book by its cover..

Today had CRC ( Challenging Ropes Course )
Quite fun. Didn't expect my class to do well in it. 
30/43 students came. The others were either absent or going for Mount K. training.
Mr David also said, "Wa, 2/6 ah. Sure cannot make it wan lah, don't need to do liao."
Then in the end, my class proved him wrong.
We all did at least 3 stations out of 6 stations.
Most of them even did all 6. (ME! :D)
It was an awesome experience, doing it with my class.
Well, never underestimate a person (or class) or judge a person (or class) by its looks.

After rehearsal today..
 We walked down to the front gate and was being stopped by the Indian security guard uncle.
It was 3.30+ PM like that at that moment.
We chatted, making jokes, laughing and disturbing people (who walked pass the security guard post and out of the front gate, as the back gate was closed.)
The uncle was like asking us whether we know any person that walked pass then when we told them the names,
he started calling out the names using different type of tone (eg, women tone, angry tone, etc, etc.)
We started LAUGHING OUR ASS OUT. Then people just walked pass us and then give us the diaoz looked.
HAHA.
Today was a quite funny day though. (:

Today, me and Amelia went to ask Ms Chan whether we can sit together or not., after the Sec 2s finish rehearsing.
You know why?


'Cause we wanted to make 2N6 proud. We wanted to be able to stand out from the other classes.
We don't want to be a class where nobody's singing while they play (guitars & keyboards)
So we decided to be the 2 person that leads the singing.
Well, I kinda felt nervous though. I didn't really sing in front of so many people 
(Sec 1s, Sec 2s, teachers, Mrs Yeo, Mrs Jacob) before.
Well, guess it depends on luck then.

Hop, THE MOVIE

Have watched the new movie, Hop, yesterday. 
It was funny, and interesting.

This is e.b. , the bunny. To be exact, its the easter bunny.

The movie is about an teenage rabbit E.B. as he prepares to take over the position of the Easter Bunny from his father, Mr. Bunny.
However, E.B. doesn't like the pressure that is placed on him, as he fears that he will disappoint his father and the children around the world by not being able to deliver all of the Easter candy on time. So he leaves his home on Easter Island to go to Hollywood to instead pursue his dream of becoming a famous drummer.
During his first night in Hollywood, E.B. is hit by Fred O’Hare, who is driving to Beverly Hills to house-sit for the boss of his sister Samantha. E.B. manipulates his way into staying with Fred, but ultimately just causes trouble for him. While Fred is on a job interview, for example, E.B. realizes that his father sent his bodyguards, the Pink Berets, to Hollywood to bring him home. Mr. Bunny wants E.B. to return to Easter Island to not only take over his destined job, but to also help suppress the revolt that’s being led by Easter Chick Carlos.

In the end, Fred and E.B. takes over Mr Bunny job of being a easter bunny!

Hi everybody. haven been blogging ah.. quite busy. My march holidays = to no holidays. my holidays were like fully packed with activities. Example, 11-13 March is my CCA ( OAC ) camp. Then right after the camp, the next day, i have my basic first aid course ( 14-17 March ). Ms Noraida treated us Macdonald XD . Then right after that there's Mount Belumut to  climb..
